Services. Footprints in the Sand Towing and Recovery provides Auto Lockout Services, Flatbed Towing, Emergency Fuel Delivery, Jumpstart Service, Vehicle Recovery and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Footprints in the Sand Towing and Recovery or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Footprints in the Sand Towing and Recovery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Footprints in the Sand Towing and Recovery's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Footprints in the Sand Towing and Recovery in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Footprints in the Sand Towing and Recovery from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MS law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MS for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
